Cod papillotte in Isigny Sainte-Mère Crème Fraîche with Morels
Ingredients to serve four
Four thick slices of cod
One soup spoonful of Isigny Sainte-Mère Crème Fraîche with Morels
Salt
Pepper
Preparation
Season the slices of cod. Wrap them in a sheet of greaseproof paper. Put them in a preheated oven at 170 degrees C for 15 minutes. Remove them from the cooking paper and coat them with Isigny Sainte-Mère Crème Fraîche with Morels.
