Camembert with truffles

A rare treat
It takes the best Normandy milks and more than three weeks for a Little Isigny Camembert to develop its full character. Then it can be a trump card on your cheeseboard. For this year’s festive collection, Isigny Sainte-Mère has added a fine layer of truffle to this Camembert just before it goes into the ripening chamber for an even better mix of flavours. Chic and delicious!
