Ivan Vautier
Michelin star chef Ivan Vautier works with Isigny Sainte-Mère and has developed a number of recipes using the dairy cooperative’s product range, which appear on the Isigny Sainte-Mère website. Additional commentary and links to Ivan Vautier’s recipes appear in the previous section.
Ivan Vautier runs a Michelin-starred restaurant, Le Pressoir, in his home town of Caen. He is a passionate advocate of the Normandy terroir, particularly its dairy tradition, to which he brings some very modern touches.
During April, Ivan spoke to Inside Isigny about his career and his forthcoming jazz concert with international jazz musician and composer Andy Sheppard.
